Would RecommendSo far so good, it's been a few months and the mailbox is holding up. I will say our mailman stuffed some soft packaged clothes in the mailbox and it took out the mailbox flag plastic piece... Unfortunately, I didn't catch this right away and ended up throwing away one of the plastic pieces that hold it together.

Disappointed with Lowes
Would RecommendDisappointed with Lowes for restocking a returned item without checking all parts were included in the box. It's nice that Lowes has easy return policy bit clerks should check that the returned box has all items. Further, I would suggest Lowes label boxes that have been returned for resale.
Paint is peeling off straight out of the box. Bottom flange is bent.
Failed After Just 5 Weeks
Would Not RecommendI was initially impressed with this mailbox. It looked well made, felt sturdy, and installation was straightforward. Unfortunately, after only five weeks of normal residential use, the rivet holding the bottom-right door hinge completely broke off. The mailbox was never abused—it was only opened and closed gently a couple of times a day to retrieve mail. Poor lid alignment
Would Not RecommendI purchased this product back in April and I didn’t install till July. When I went to install it the mailbox lid did not stayed shut. The inner lip the holds the lid close was riveted too low. I went back to store to get a replacement and Lowe’s stated it was past 90. It was 4 days after the 90 days of their poor customer service. I went to check on the same manufacturer mailbox in the shelf the they had same defect. Poor product and Lowe’s selling poor quality products.
