Quality mailbox but missing parts

Mailbox is of good quality but the screws for installation were missing from the box. I was able to scrounge up screws from my stock but it was detriment to quick installation.

We had it delivered to house because they were out of them in the store, when it arived 2 days late it was damaged and the front handle was broke.

Look good. Mailbox itself seems sturdy, but the handle is so flimsy it broke in a matter of days. Would return it, but my husband ordered online and can't figure out what credit card he used :-(
