Sturdy box with magnetic closing door. Has been perfectly dry all through spring thanks to recessed door. Even if water did get in the raised bubble floor keeps mail out of any pooled water, of which there is none… but that is just the extra thought they put into the product. That is what sold me and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Would Not RecommendAdvertised as metal mailbox but what isn’t said is the joints are cheap plastic. Mailbox back fell out while being installed and couldn’t be fixed. And it’s too late to return it. So a waste of too much money.

Would RecommendI just wanted a basic black mailbox that was large and seemed heavy duty. This one fit the bill... time will tell if it holds up, but it appears that it will. I used the Reliabilt Black Galvanized Steel Post to go with it as I didn't like the corresponding post for this. The hardware to attach the mailbox came with the post. I am pleased with how everything turned out.
