Land lord / Tenant mail box

If you own apartments or a rental DO NOT BUY THIS MAILBOX! 2 huge reasons. #1!!!!! None of the replacement cylinders sold by the big box stores will work on this mail box!!! I bought this at Lowes. Great Mailbox

I found this mailbox to be a perfect addition to our home. It’s small but large enough to hold a good amount of mail, sturdy, and secure. It’s also fairly priced and good value.

Nice mailbox but it leaks

If you like wet mail, this mailbox is for you. It was super easy to install and it looks really good but it does leak when rained upon. Granted, ours is on the side of an unprotected building (no eaves), but it still shouldn't leak. I even caulked the top where it meets the wall, thinking the water was getting in the slots where the screws are. That didn't help much.

Save Your Money

Overall this is a great mailbox, but there is no customer support or number to call if you lose your keys or you need an extra one. I noticed a reply from a company rep in one of the questions, but I called the number and it is not a valid number. I emailed the email and it bounced back, wondering if I made the right decision. TAKE YOUR CHANCE...

Postal box

This is a recieve box only, postal workers cannot pick up mail when locked.

bad design for mounting

To mount this to a wall you need to have the door open, there are 4 mount point but only the top 2 are accessible. You can drill holes for the bottom 2 but the bottom of the box is too high to put screws in will a cordless screwdriver, I will be returning this to Lowes

Good purchase

Was wanting a new mailbox with a little bit more security and got this one and had it hung and it hangs on my house so well and looks so good and holds all my mail

Replaced Non-Locking

This mailbox replaced a non-locking mailbox. Just one more step as a result of identity theft of my bank account. I did drill out some holes in the bottom so I could hang a name sign under the box.

Great value and construction

It is fairly easy to install. Your mail is secure so even if you are away from home for a couple of days your mail will be there when you get back.

Awesome mailbox

This mailbox looks so beautiful outside my door. It has a very classy look and it's too large, but large enough to fit a magazine or something in my box. I also love that you need a key to open it because I can be assured that no one will be able to get into my mail when I'm not home.

Pros: Locks so no one can tamper with your mail. Can hold a week's worth of mail if you go away. Cover over top of mail slot to prevent rain from coming in. Comes with two keys. Easy to install. Pretty sturdy. Simple design. Cons: Always locked. No place to put your outgoing mail or notify your mail carrier you have outgoing mail.
