Would Not RecommendThis is the second time that this item has been delivered to the store broken. Not that it is Lowe's fault, but something needs to be corrected somewhere. I also had a sink delivered to the store broken in this same time frame. The inconvenience is infuriating. I have to wait for the refund to go back to my debit card, then reorder the item again, and wait for it to arrive.

Would RecommendGreat toilet! Remote could be more intuitive and app would be better of just foe tge toilet and not a generic "smart home" app. Be sure to look at directions before install and go in order! (Otherwise, tightening those bolts down from behind is difficult! Tightening them down with seat off, very easy! You have options.) Overall a great buy.
