Cheap and breaks within 2 years

This is the second one I’m buying! No good

Will work for one year straight only

I would not recommend this item due to the issues it has. If my husband would not have get the insurance on it we would have need to get a new washer already after using it for one whole year only. Mind you is only used for a family of two, I can’t imagine if we were a big family.

It stopped working

I bought this washer in March. It is September 30, and my washing machine went out for no reason. I do not recommend this washer.

Horrible

Horrible. Laundry is never clean, water doesn't fill as it should, motherboard dies often, hard reset rarely works

Having to replace after less than two years

I've had this washer for less than two years, and I'm already replacing it. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase the extended warranty, and the quote to replace the control panel was over $800. Buy with caution.

Amama Washer

The machine is just 2 years old and we have to call a repairman because it won't stop running without pulling the plug.

Not worth the money

Sometimes it’ll just fill up and drain without running a full cycle. Sometimes it’ll get stuck on rinse and not rinse the clothes at all. Sometimes it’s takes 20 times to get it to run a cycle. Absolutely garbage. I do not recommend this unit to anyone.

Mother board

Mother board on the control stop working completely had for a year then it crashed they said board going to cost $400 unreal waste of my money i toss out don't have it..

Planned Obsolescence

The machine's MOTHER BOARD is designed to fail within 2~3 years.

Only lasted 3yrs

I bought this washing machine Aug 2023 and it is already not working. She’s an elderly widow that lives alone so she doesn’t use it too often. Surely they should last longer than 3yrs???

Great machine

It is quite a bit louder than other machines I have had but does a better job of cleaning. Its water capacity is easily adjusted, and the softener dispenser is where it needs to be and easy to clean. The spin cycles spins clothes almost dry. Overall I’m happy with my purchase other then it being loud..

wish i would have seen the bad reviews.

Ive had this 2 years. i thought i was losing my mind because i could swear the clothes didn't seem to be getting washed. I use a VERY strong-smelling liquid fabric softener. when i first started using the softener my clothes came out smelling great. lately I couldn't smell it. I increased the amount I use, still no smell. TODAY I started a load heard it filling up and walked away. came back in a little while I see its still saying wash. I hit cancel and opened the lid. the clothes were spun out....

Worked great until it didn't.

Simple controls that have give you flexibility in washing loads. Works well and gets the job done.

After about 10 wash cycles it stuck in drain mode

After about 10 Cycles it stuck in drain mode and never stops, and I tried to do all the fixes that were recommended on YouTube and its a very common problem...MANY VIDEOS SAME PROBLEM... and none of them worked and the only thing that I could do at this point is to buy a $150 control board and replace that and I was afraid to even if I do that because if it only went 10 Cycles I'd be buying one of these computer boards every 2 months. Doesn't fill with water

Do not buy this machine. It doean't even fill enough to submerge your laundry. It takes over 6 minutes to not fill up with water. I don't use the auto sense mode. I have the setting set to deep water wash, but it doesn't fill up. It messes around for over 6 minutes by turning on and off the water before it switches to wash without even covering all of my laundry. The pictures speak for themselves. Do not buy this garbage washer. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Happy with purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces the same Amana washer ruined through a power surge. There is slightly more clicking as the cycle progresses than with the previous version of this model; however, I'm extremely happy with this machine. Most of my washing in with cold water on a delicate setting, and I'm happy with the agitation and amount of water used.

You get what you pay for

There’s a reason this is one of the lower-priced washing machines. While it MIGHT last, my experience says otherwise. Bought in September 2024, has recently started executing the drain cycle after loads are complete. Goes on and off intermittently after load is complete, trying to drain water that isn’t there. Holding down the start button cancels it, but it usually resumes after about 10 seconds. Unplugging the machine seems to be the only way to stop it. When trying to start a new load, ...

Clothes Get Stuck Under the Agitator

Absolutely the worst washing machine I have ever used in my life. Clothes get stuck under the agitator. Sometimes I can get my clothes out without ripping them and sometimes my clothes rip no matter how gentle I am when I tug on them to loosen from the agitator's death grip. I've used dozens of washing machines in my semi-long life and NEVER have clothes gotten stuck under the agitator.
