1 year 6 months, already DEAD!!!! Bought a "not fancy" model with basic functions so I wouldn't have issues, and 6 months out of warranty the machine makes noises, doesn't run, have to unplug it to make it stop. GARBAGE! DO better #amana #whirlpool !! Offering to fix it for $400 is ridiculous!

Draining won't stop at end .
Same issue as others on here .same time frame . also the sensing part acted up also so used the actual fill. Not happy less than 2yrs. Dec2024 Lowes.After reading some responses they will do nothing. Sounds like a lawsuit lemon law ? I am keeping it working only by pressing the rest button for min or so .but if so close the lid with out starting a load it goes back to draining .Worked pretty good till now .Should last a lot more than yr and Half. Not happy at all.

KNOWN issues and ours is suffering from it too
The machine has kept running the mechanism to extract the water even when the machine is off. I researched the electronic problems and unplugged it and let it do a normal cycle. Again it finished the cycle, and continuously runs. I hear a grinding sound Apparently this is a KNOWN ISSUE. From what I understand there was some sort of recall on it. I'd recommend you get something else. This is aggravating. I wish I had just gotten something else.

Auto Sensor Too Sensitive
This washer was purchased primarily because it had dimensions that fit in a tight laundry space. This is a smaller washer that suits our needs as a retired couple. However, on the 5th wash load, the auto sensor just blinked and blinked, tub did not fill. Worst washer I've been unfortunate enough to use.
This washer is the absolute worst. It destroyed every single piece of clothing I own. It ripped gaping holes in my very well made quilts, despite them being full size which is not big, and washing them alone, each one alone singularly. It took hours and hours and still made my clothes feel barely washed. I don't even care about the waste of money, I am LIVID about my belongings!
