Would RecommendPoor relationship between staff and customer. Every question was not answered and just passed on to someone else Finally the store manager took over and got thing straighten out and the rug was finally delivered inside the house where it was supposed to be. She brought some one to carry it into the house and into the basement. She saved the day and kept us as customers.

Would RecommendI chose this rug because of the stain guard and hopeful durability and the fact that it can be cleaned with a hose. Having four dogs it's a necessity. I've spent a small fortune over the years on area rugs and liked none of them more than I do this one. It's wonderful under foot and looks fantastic. I highly recommend.
