Easy to install. Opens all the way up and all the way down. The price was good.

Plastic components break

Bought three of these in 2019. One broke in 2021, less than 2 years later. Now, a second one broke, less than 4 years later. They have large metal springs, but the springs are held by small plastic pieces that are failing. And when they fail the springs and little shards of plastic go flying, which is dangerous. One broke while I was closing it, and I was almost hit in the face.

Poor quality

We ordered a bunch of this brand various shades and these are the only ones I wouldn't recommend. 1) They aren't snapping in to the brackets like the other blinds. They will pop out more easily than they are meant to. I'm concerned that they will pop out when pulling down on the blind. 2) the blinds do not hang evenly, even when we attempt to pull one side down slightly. 3) the strings are more visible than I expected. Change in design and mediocre quality

I ordered 3 of these to cover a large window about 3 years ago. One of them broke and I reordered using the same order number. However, the mounting bar at the top is a different size so it does not match the other two. Also, it seems that the spring in the first blinds is starting to fail. I will probably have to replace them soon also. I would have purchased a different product if I had realized I'd need to replace them after just 3 years.

Very low quality- holes in material by day 7!

Low quality nothing like Bali or other higher-end brands. I’ve had them installed for two weeks and the material is already getting visible wear and holes about the size of a penny. I can’t really return them because I need something, and with custom sizes I’d be without for a few weeks again. Basically consider them as-is no warranty since you cannot get advanced exchanges.These are fine if they’ll be low to now use, but avoid if they’ll be opened/closed daily.
