Would Not RecommendI liked this and felt it looked good in our space, however after having them for only 1 week the shade material has ripped three times after my husband tried pulling the shades down. Now there are three big puncture holes. COVID masks have better material than this!
Second time damaged
Would Not Recommendby FedEx. First time no one from Lowes let me know, I had to find out myself why it was sitting at the FedEx dock for days. It'd been damaged and was to be sent back. Had to reorder, item appeared within a couple of days, but the box had been damaged (again), marked with a huge black X and hardware missing. Someone decided to just send me the originally damaged item anyway. I'm ordering this one more time because it matches the shades I already received. If damaged again all the blinds are going...

Impossible to Install Securely
Would Not RecommendI had to hunt down an installation video and even following it step by step, I ended up with blinds that felt like they were a slight breeze away from falling down. I went to use the “top down” feature and they came crashing down, breaking on their way. I was able to get them back on their brackets, but within a few days I wasn’t even able to get the bottom up/down part to function without them coming out of their brackets. Buy some screws
Would RecommendThe brackets are hit and miss - 3 of 5 blinds would pull from the brackets and fall to the floor when the blind was pulled down. Put a couple of #8x2" pan head screws through the head rail into the upper window trim and problem solved. Very nice other than that extra bit of work.

Would RecommendLove the option to open from top or bottom or both. Great to get light in and also provide privacy.

Good quality blinds
Would RecommendReally nice blinds that were pretty easy to install. The pleats are narrower than other honeycomb blinds we have, look very nice. The alabaster color is nice and warm against our dark window frames. My husband did have to do some work to install them on one window because the wood part of our window frame was so narrow— he screwed in shims to attach the blind to. So it’s worth checking the clearance required for the brackets.
