I bought a subcompact LG washer & dryer from Lowes the purchase on the Web Site was easy and the team that installed the machines spectacular. However the delivery process was from the Middle Ages with no ability to speak with the delivery team and little or no access to the time except the day and absolutely no follow-up. I will never purchase a product from this big box store.
