They were starting to disintegrate so I bought 4 of these Allen and Roth lanterns. They appear to be a nice upgrade to the ones I had. I replaced my old ones with these and they look really nice. Would RecommendThese lamps are great! Not cheaply made. Made of metal, very sturdy and have some weight to them. Purchased four. I had them for over a month now and all work with no problems. The light they give off is enough for a nice ambiance for sitting out on the deck at night without being too bright. I have them hanging on corner trellises and are the perfect decor. they get the afternoon sunlight and is enough to keep them flickering for hours in the evening. Attractive flickering solar lantern
It's easy to operate, has a nice, flickering light and powers up well. The on/off button should have been described in the instructions rather than on the piece of cellophane that gets discarded.
