What Customers Are Saying
These solar-powered lanterns have received mixed reviews. Many customers found them attractive with a pleasant flickering light effect, and described them as sturdy and easy to use. However, a significant number experienced reliability issues, with the lanterns failing to work after a short time, even when left in direct sunlight. Battery life and charging performance were also cited as problems by some. The overall consensus is that these lanterns can be a nice decorative addition, but the quality and durability are inconsistent.

Not worth it
Would Not RecommendEhhh. I thought for the price point these would be amazing. They need DIRECT sunlight daily to work and they’ll work for maybe a hour. Super disappointed.

Did not work
Would Not RecommendI purchased the flicker flame solar light from Allen Roth and I read directions, charged in sun 2,3,4 days it doesn’t work. I was very disappointed. When I tried to return I have had nothing but problems. It is best to buy a better quality product.

Solar lights
Would RecommendLooks great by the pool. The flickering reflects in the pool at night. I hope they hold up. Some solar products don’t last long.

Be willing to accept some damage.
Would RecommendVery poorly and unprofessionally packed for shipping resulting in one of the units being damaged. Not worth the hassle of returning one of the eight units purchased.

The light sensor is unreliable.
Would Not RecommendWife bought 4, and the light sensor is unreliable. Turns on and off at random times at night. Sometimes even if you cover the sensor completely blocking out all light, it still won't turn on.

Shipping Packaging
I bought four of these. They were delivered this morning and one was broken. they were shipped in a 10"x10" box with very poor packing. Thus they bounced around in shipment a one was broken. I'm very disappointed as this is not the usual case with Lowes.
