What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the wallpaper for beautiful design, ease of installation, and strong adhesive on smooth surfaces. Many highlight the peel-and-stick feature as ideal for renters and DIYers, noting minimal air bubbles, clean backing removal, and confident repositioning. The grasscloth texture looks authentic and realistic. However, some report inconsistent adhesion with sections falling off, while others note significant pattern waste requiring extra rolls and higher costs. A few experience backing tears or color variations between rolls. Despite these drawbacks, most customers find the product transformative and would repurchase.

Fast delivery
The customer service from Lowes, from purchase to delivery, was great. The actual produce was not impressive. The wallpaper stretched while trying to install and there were no marking on the back for straight cutting. I have never found this before. Maybe it just wasn't for me.

Surprisingly Easy
Would RecommendI am surprised at how easily this self-adhesive wallpaper is going up. This is my first time and I was a little nervous, but I watched a DIY video and it's been easy so far. It's easy to reposition and line up the patterns and seems durable so far.

Damaged
Would Not RecommendAfter a joke of customer service and website. My opened, wet, muddy wallpaper arrived not once but twice. Sent back item on Saturday all to have it redelivered again on Monday. Asked for a refund and alls I got from the AI bot and customer service rep after waiting 30 plus min in the queue line was yes we will refund you in 2-10 business days. No email confirmation nothing. Never ordering anything from Lowe’s again. App is trash. Website trash. Shipping trash. Wallpaper trash.
