After a joke of customer service and website. My opened, wet, muddy wallpaper arrived not once but twice. Sent back item on Saturday all to have it redelivered again on Monday. Asked for a refund and alls I got from the AI bot and customer service rep after waiting 30 plus min in the queue line was yes we will refund you in 2-10 business days. No email confirmation nothing. Never ordering anything from Lowe’s again. App is trash. Website trash. Shipping trash. Wallpaper trash.

I wanna love it, but sadly can't
I had a different version of peel-and-stick wallpaper in my office for 4 years with no problem. I wanted a fresh look, so I pulled it down and replaced it with this one. It took 3 rolls to cover one 6x8 wall in order to line the pattern up - which got expensive. And after 3 days, it all fell down. I loved the look enough that I paid for another 3 rolls (couldn't re-use any of it). I carefully washed the wall, made sure it was fully dry, in case I had failed the first time - it went up again and ...
