cartridge replacement

Hot water cartridge failed after some time. Lowes does not have replacement cartridge. Contacted service number from parts manual, they sent wrong part, even after confirmation of correct part number.

Nice Fixture, Solid Feel

This is a nice, solid-feeling fixture at a fraction of the cost of name brands. It installed easily, but pay close attention to the installation as it's easy to install with handles moving the wrong direction.

Chrome handles with excellent light up feature.

In love with the light up feature. High faucet and ability to turn provides optimal convenience.

Rusty and cannot use with granite or quartz

So we bought two of them and yes some Thief had put their old identical faucet in the box and returned it to Lowe's because of the rust probably. But the second one that was brand new was unable to be mounted to the quartz countertop because of the thickness which is the same as granite and marble countertops. facet is great, but drain is not!!

I purchase 2 of these facets for my bathroom. The pop-up drain is not well made--It is plastic and gets stuck inside the drain tub and can flood your vanity. I had to buy two metal new drain and have my plumber install it which was an added cost!!

Doesn't last

I've had this faucet less than a year and the hot water cartridge has gone bad which makes the faucet run even when it's turned off!

Missing collar on handle causes immediate blowout

Hot water handle was missing a horseshoe shaped collar/washer that keeps the in and out waterlines from popping out due to pressure. I only discovered this after my new bathroom was soaked floor to ceiling. Faucet is fine aside from some scratches on chrome when delivered, but don’t trust Allen and Roth to send you a fully functional product on the first go.

Not all it’s cracked up to be

Faucet is great! Drain is cheap!! Drain broke during installation.

Starts rusting very fast

Got this faucet around a year ago and after a few months it already started to rust. I remove the rust every time I clean the faucet but it comes back after a short time. Not sure what kind of faucet this is. Also the brushed metal comes of. Looks good in the beginning but doesn't hold.
