Incomplete
Would Not RecommendIt did not come with the Allen wrench or the washers that were not preinstalled. Since when do I need to go out and buy additional washers for a shower head not to leak? And not everyone has the world’s smallest Allen wrench laying around. Neither of these items were mentioned to be purchased separately on the packaging.

It broke upon installation don’t buy it
