Initially nice...

But after just a year the top cabinet drawer has started to bow, and now no longer lies flat when closed. I know its not a moisture problem, because i have a full kitchen of these cabinets, and only one drawer has bowed. Assuming its a manufacturing problem. not sure how to resolve.

Broken Cabinet, Lowes will not respond

My order took longer than the expected wait time, came with a broken cabinet, and I have been waiting over a month just to get Lowes to contact Allen and Roth for a replacement. Lowes has repeatedly ignored my calls, hung up on me, and ignored Allen and Roth. This has pushed my project out over a month, which is a long time to live with a torn up kitchen. I would absolutely not buy these cabinets again due to their flimsy materials and terrible customer service

Mostly nice but not great quality

I was so excited to receive our kitchen cabinets. The rep we worked with made an error in the order, but they were able to ship a replacement quickly, so we were impressed by that. In general, they look nice. So I give three stars. However, the glue job was very sloppy and I cannot even completely extract a plastic bag that was glued in. I ordered 16 Allen + Roth Galway cabinets, toe kicks, and fill strips from Lowes. They are listed as "in-stock", but they took over a month to arrive. To put it bluntly, EVERY SINGLE cabinet was plagued with defects. From minor imperfections to glaring flaws, it was as if quality control had taken an extended vacation. From chipped paint, cracked bodies, the most uneven assembly... it's wild. The face of the cabinets are solid wood - the body is made of particle board and the paint clearly does ...

Disappointed

Nice drawer roller and doors. The cabinet was thin compressed board and split on one edge. Not worth 700 but we were trying to save time on an assembled product..

One Job to Do

Decent cabinet for the price. Some person had one job to do and they couldn’t manage to mount the two bottom doors evenly. Also one shelf looks like a patchwork project. It’s the top shelf now so likely no one will ever notice but for over $1300 I guess I expect better workmanship. We waited six weeks to get it so not willing to send it back and wait again. The doors close and it dies what I bought it to do. The uneven doors, however, will bug me forever.

Quality Cabinets, Poor Support

Ordered cabinets, took about 8 weeks to deliver. Honestly, the quality is better than expected, but getting appropriate customer service is a nightmare. One of the drawer slides arrived damaged, the back support that helps hold it in place is entirely made of plastic and arrived broken. Called Lowe's to get a replacement part and was told the only option was to send the ENTIRE cabinet back to the store for a replacement. So now, I either figure this out on my own or wait 8 weeks for a new...

Bad shipping and handling

Waited 6 weeks for the product to be ready for pick up. Once I received it, I notice pieces of the board from the cabinet were flaking off. I removed the paper warp and it was split down the middle of one side of the board. I had to return it and reorder a new one. Now my project is pushed back 6 weeks again.

Nice Cabinets, But Poor Packaging!

Cabinets are a nice quality and the color is beautiful, but the packaging was terrible, no foam or protective wrapping, just stuck in the cardboard box alone, so the paint on the doors is rubbed off in some spots, paint chipped on the one door corner, and has a few scratches.

Disappointing

I love the idea of this product. However, the first one we received was built not square, and was damaged in shipping. The second one was more square (although still not completely), but was also damaged. The THIRD one arrived today and was in worse shape than the first two. VERY disappointing, especially since all of the other "regular cabinets" we just purchased from Allen and Roth are really nice quality. For some reason, this "extra" piece just isn't made well at all.

Coloring is unpredicatable

Don’t expect to get the color advertised, bad mineral staining on the wood. If you’re going for an uneven look, great, but if you expect uniform color, this is not for you. I’ve gotten this oven cabinet twice, and both times they have sent me one with weird grey staining. Depending on the batch, door can be very blond. Would not purchase had I known.
