Allen and Roth won't do anything and neither will Lowes. Very disappointed in this product and customer service. I recommend you not purchase their product. Would Not RecommendI purchased this carpet last year in a 8x10 and 2 5x7's for my outdoor deck. The 8x10 started fading last year, with fibers all over the place. This year, the 8x10 started to fray and fall apart. There are strings coming from all round the edges. The 5x7's are still holding up, but I know it's just a matter of time before they meet the same fate. It's very disappointing to pay for quality items that are advertised as weather and fade resistant, when they are not! It doesn't matter if you pay ful...

Would Not RecommendI own another Allen & Roth with a similar color scheme and after 5 yrs it's still holding up great... but this rug has faded in less than a month. Thete is no longer red hues, but instead it has faded to orange..picked up on June 14th and faded before july 11th. Very very disappointed !!!!!!...hoping I can return it as these rugs are not cheap.
