Poor Quality Control Sloppy

I bought this same Allen and Roth lamp from Lowes three years ago and the workmanship was great, But now last week I bought this same Allen & Roth lamp from Lowes and received a Very Sloppy, Poor Craftsmanship lamp, and it cost me $45.00 more for a lesser put together lamp, I just don't understand it, how can the quality of the craftsmanship be so different for the SAME lamp, for it has Chipped Paint all over, and the welds and paint where done very sloppy, for the Allen and Roth same lamp that ...

Beautiful light, BAD DIRECTIONS!!

Safe yourself while you can - we ended up mounting it with 2 long screws through the outside of the base after we got it wired together. The directions & diagrams were horribly written. Also, we put the glass on last to prevent anything from dropping, breaking or getting scratched during installation of the actual light. For the price, I would have liked a video or at least decent instructions. Other than that, this light is very pretty!!

Worst instructions I've ever seen

I've done many light fixtures and these are by far the worst instructions I've ever seen. Nothing is clearly marked and the whole process is backwards. It is not clear what screws go where on the mounting bracket causing me to re-hang the light twice!! Just poorly done. Light is pretty when it's up but PLEASE someone fix the instructions
