One of the taps was defective, I called the store to see if i could bring in the defective part and swap it out for one that works as i had installed the rest of the faucet. Either way they were going to end up with a defective unit. i was told i could call the manufacturer and deal with them. its been almost 2 weeks and no parts have been received.

Great value - issue with drain gasket
Would RecommendNot sure if it’s the faucet or my sinks but the underneath drain gasket was too big and wouldn’t seat correctly. Had to use the old ones. But the installation and performance otherwise was good. Great value.

Love the look, but wrong drain fitting
Would Not RecommendWe love the look, installed on a late 90's sink. Issue is the pop up drain gasket diameter is too large to sit flush with the sink. I added plumbers putty which stopped the leaking, however due to the flange size, water sits in the sink, not draining entirely. I have reached out twice to Allen+Roth via email to their customer service dept, to see if they have a smaller drain, but no response. I hope to find an alternative drain, would not recommend if you have an older sink. 5 stars on look, 2 s...
