Easier to read than others
Would RecommendMy wife wanted to replace an old Taylor rain gauge whose markings had faded. We were a bit skeptical about this one, but we like it even better in that it is easier to read. What wasn't obvious at the time was that the gauge container separates from the stake, making it easier to insert and replace.

Great easy to read rain collector
Would RecommendI use the acurite as a backup to my ambient weather station for accuracy. It’s very easy to read and easy to empty. So nice to have the collector separate from the base.
