Ratings & Reviews for AcuRite Digital Outdoor White Thermometer

thermometer

This is my second one I have bought. I use it on my travel trailer when we are at a camp sight. I glued a magnet on the back of the outside sensor so I can attach it to the trailer. Works great that way and less of a chance of forgetting it when it time to leave. Word of advice if you are thinking of using it the same way I do, is to remove the batteries while the RV is in winter storage. Thats why I bought a new one.

AcuRite Digital Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer

I go for a brisk walk each morning before sunrise. Nice to know the outside temperature before I leave so I can dress accordingly. Thermometer looks good and works well. Sensor and display do not have to be line of site but if too far apart or if too much of an obstruction between them, outside display will not update. Display can be hung on a wall or set on a counter or table. Display and remote sensor both require two each AA batteries which are not included. For the 1 year warranty the equipm...

Not as advertised

It says it has a high/low record. It does but only for 24 hours, I have multiple thermometers and all keep high and low until reset; what does 24 hours do unless you sit and watch it? At least the box and advertising should say that it's only for 24 hours.

Working like a charm

This is a replacement for unit purchased 15-20 years ago, that finally failed. Expect the same for this device.

Better than weather man.

I find this thermometer to be accurate and easy to set up. The background could be a little lighter.

sim

it took many diffferant new battery s to get it to work

2019 Thermometer

I buy AcuRite products because of the reliability.

Worked for a while then quit

Disappointed that this failed after only a year. I would not recommend it.

Pleased that it was easy to setup did take a few minutes to synchronize with the outside transmitter

Acurite digital indoor/outdoor white thermometer

This is a replacement for another one that we had bought that for some reason stopped working after 5 years. This one is the same as the one we are replacing.

Works as expected.

We have the both the outside and inside unit placed as recommended. Using a separate source we find that the Acurite thermometer is within 1 degree. Happy with the purchase.

Good little wireless thermometer

I have 2 of these- one lets me keep track of the temperature inside and outside, the other I use to monitor the temperature in a building where I store 2 water tanks. The tanks can't freeze, so when the temp gets low I have to turn heat on. This just lets me monitor the temp from inside my house without having to go outside, open the door and look at a thermometer.

Excellent Value

This indoor/outdoor thermometer is made well, accurate, and simple to set up.

Monitoring garage temperature only

Works great, i recomend. I only use this thermo meter to monitor the temps in my garage for my cash crops.
