Ratings & Reviews for AcuRite Digital Outdoor White Thermometer

AcuRite Just RIght

Easy to set up and use just what I was looking for!

Inexpensive and cheap

Temperature accuracy is a concern if you are looking for specificity. It is good enough if you just want to know whether you need a jacket or not.

Outstanding value

We bought this unit to monitor internal vs outdoor temperature after installing high tech window solutions. This unit allows us to evaluate temperature variances and to adjust internal cooling or heating based on the external temperature. Very easy unit to use.

Doing a great job.

Placed the outdoor sensor in the animal enclosure so we know the critters are safe and comfortable without going outdoors during the night. Works perfectly and setup could not be easier. Very pleased with the unit and a very good value.

Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer

Works great out of the box. Easy to read numerals. Make sure you mount remote sensor out of the sun for accurate readings.

ScuTtle Digital Thermometer

So far, so good, but I only bought it less than a month ago for RV camping.

Keeping track of the tempature in my seed rack

I purchased this unit to keep track of the temperatures in a indoor growing rack. Because I used 8 grow lights in this rack and the rack is completely surrounded with insulation I need to monitor how much heat there is so not to fry my plants. I keep it on my desk where during this time of the year I can watch the tempatures without going upstairs and opening the rack. Great product.

Outdoor Readings Quit Working After a Year

I had my unit for about a year and the outdoor sensor quit sending readings to the indoor unit after about a year. I had an old radio shack model that lasted 15 years. As others have said the outdoor unit is not waterproof and for something that needs to be outside that just doesn't make sense to me. Go with something more durable.

Accurite Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer

This was a replacement for an identical unit that had failed after lrss than 18 months of use. I bought the same make and model because I was unable to find any alternatives locally.

Outside Thermometer

Bought it to replace one that no longer functioned. It works as foreseen. Thanks

Outside temp

Only had this for 2 weeks but I do like it so far.

AcuRite Digital Indoor/Outdoor White Thermometer

I use this with my RV. Excellent for monitoring indoor and outdoor temperature while camping.

Accurate temperature

Easy to read, accurate (matches Tv weather)!

Indoor/Outdoor Thermometer

Outstanding value and very accurate. Easy to put up and easy to read.

I bought the cheapest Acurite this time, because the last two more expensive Acurite's I have bought did not last long before malfunctioning.
