What Customers Are Saying
Customers appreciate the straightforward installation and budget-friendly price, with many praising the value for the cost. However, a substantial group reports serious durability issues, including flimsy slats that break easily and visible damage upon arrival. Several note the blinds are difficult to operate, requiring significant force to raise or lower. Some mention color discrepancies, appearing grayer than expected. Despite mixed experiences, many customers view these as an acceptable budget option for basic window coverage, though quality concerns deter others from recommending them.

Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
