What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise these blinds for affordability and straightforward installation, with many noting the budget-friendly price and quick setup requiring no special tools. However, a substantial portion report serious drawbacks: slats chip and break easily, described as flimsy and cheaply made, and the cordless lift mechanism is extremely difficult to operate, often requiring significant force. Some mention color discrepancies upon arrival. While many consider the low cost acceptable for basic window coverage, operational frustration and durability concerns deter repeat purchases for others.

Was being shipped to wrong address!

 Would Recommend

Lowe's would not help in the cancelation or to reach out to Fed ex to stop or return to Lowe's. Not the product's fault. Is Lowe's willingness to not help.

My order was destroyed by FedEx Ground

 Would Recommend

I received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken

 Would Not Recommend

I purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
