What Customers Are Saying
Most customers praise the easy installation and modern appearance, with many highlighting the convenient cordless design. However, a substantial portion report serious durability concerns, describing flimsy construction, chipped or torn slats, and components that break easily. Color accuracy is a frequent complaint, with many receiving gray-toned blinds instead of the expected white. Several also note the lifting mechanism requires excessive force or two hands to operate. Despite attractive design, quality and color mismatches undermine satisfaction for many.

Would RecommendLowe's would not help in the cancelation or to reach out to Fed ex to stop or return to Lowe's. Not the product's fault. Is Lowe's willingness to not help.

My order was destroyed by FedEx Ground
Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
