Would Not RecommendI spent the day on the phone with Lowe's customer service passing the blame to their venders because I did not receive the product, and then hours on the phone with the vender who blames fedex because I did not receive my package. The vender claims they packed the whole order of 5 sets of blinds in one box and I received a box of 2 blinds. So they all pass the blame and I'm without the blinds and without the money. No one helps to either get my blinds already purchased and paid for or to refund ...

Would Not RecommendThey say it was delivered, but was not and now I'm without the blinds and the money. I spent hours on the phone listening to everyone passing the blame, but no solution. Lousy customer service. Am I expected to purchase this again from this place with such lousy service. Who can trust these people with hard earned money? Never again. Thanks alot lousy Lowes!

Would Not RecommendThese blinds are terrible quality. They began falling apart almost immediately. They are supposed to stay open and don't. I think that feature worked for maybe 2 days. Don't waste your money.

Vendor only shipped 3 of the 5 pieces when I reached out to Lowe’s they couldn’t help with a refund and stated to talk to the vendor. No way to reach the vendor. Do not buy this product if you want to get what you pay for

Cordless Blinds Broken on Receipt
Would Not RecommendThis was a replacement for one that was broken in half in the box that was shipped to us. This unit was ordered at the store, delivered to the store, yet was broken in the middle just like the first one. Will take it back to see what steps we take next.

Waste of money!
Would Not RecommendHorrible. I ordered 7 and 4 out of the 7 were broken in the box. A 5th has corners chipped off. Took them back to Lowe’s for a refund and they charged me again instead of giving a refund! I have to go by there, AGAIN!! Sick of Lowe’s.

Website color says white. Delivery box Pearl White
Would Not RecommendI'm disappointed in the color labeling. I have one window at a non standard size of 41". This was the only one I found pre-cut, and it's marked as White. The box actually says Pearl White and it has a silvery color to it, mismatched to the color of all other blinds.
