What Customers Are Saying
Customers appreciate the straightforward installation and budget-friendly price, with many finding these blinds a practical affordable option. However, a substantial portion report significant frustrations with the operating mechanism, describing the blinds as extremely difficult to raise and lower, often requiring two hands and considerable force. Durability concerns are also common, with reviewers noting flimsy construction, easily broken slats, and fragile materials. Some mention color inconsistencies, with white or pearl white blinds appearing noticeably gray. Despite these drawbacks, many customers feel the low cost justifies the trade-offs for basic functionality.

Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
