What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the blinds for straightforward installation and good value, with many noting the included brackets and cordless design appeal. However, a substantial portion report serious operational flaws, describing the mechanism as extremely difficult to pull down and requiring significant force. Durability concerns also emerge frequently, with reviewers citing chipped slat edges, torn slats, and broken parts. Color mismatches and missing components add to quality frustrations. While affordability-focused buyers express satisfaction, those expecting reliable daily performance often feel disappointed. Overall, the blinds deliver basic aesthetics at a low cost but struggle with functionality and longevity.

Would RecommendLowe's would not help in the cancelation or to reach out to Fed ex to stop or return to Lowe's. Not the product's fault. Is Lowe's willingness to not help.

My order was destroyed by FedEx Ground
Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
