What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the easy installation and strong value for the price, with many noting straightforward setup and good affordability. However, a substantial portion report serious durability concerns, citing fragile slats that break easily and cheaply made construction. The most frequent complaint involves the extremely difficult operation—raising and lowering requires significant force and effort. Some also mention color inaccuracy, with blinds appearing grayer than advertised white. Despite these functional and build quality issues, many customers accept the trade-offs given the low cost.

Would Not RecommendThis was a replacement for one that was broken in half in the box that was shipped to us. This unit was ordered at the store, delivered to the store, yet was broken in the middle just like the first one. Will take it back to see what steps we take next.
Waste of money!
Would Not RecommendHorrible. I ordered 7 and 4 out of the 7 were broken in the box. A 5th has corners chipped off. Took them back to Lowe’s for a refund and they charged me again instead of giving a refund! I have to go by there, AGAIN!! Sick of Lowe’s.

Website color says white. Delivery box Pearl White
Would Not RecommendI'm disappointed in the color labeling. I have one window at a non standard size of 41". This was the only one I found pre-cut, and it's marked as White. The box actually says Pearl White and it has a silvery color to it, mismatched to the color of all other blinds.

Cheap.
Would Not RecommendPros price point. Cons installation was a little confusing. No instructions. The thing you turn on the blinds broke on the little piece that goes on blinds.

very cheap product
Would Not Recommendbracket holding the blind broke after only 3 months, sending the blind crashing down in the middle of the night.

The company does not package the product properly to protect the flimsy vinyl slats that they use. Therefore, the slats are chipped on the edges. They should probably discontinue this item and deal with aluminum slats only which cannot chip. Also, it is impossible to install the product according to the instructions with the brackets included in the package.

Great for my new home!
Would RecommendEasy to install - but really crappy screws. Except to shred a few during your installation if you’re doing multiple installs (which is probably why you get 8 per blind!!)

Would RecommendThese blinds look beautiful in my living room. I brought 3 for my bay window. They are perfect and light filtering. Exactly what I wanted. Happy with this product.
