What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise these blinds as an affordable, easy-to-install option that delivers basic functionality without premium investment. Most highlight straightforward assembly and included brackets as major strengths. However, a significant portion report serious drawbacks: flimsy construction with chipped or broken slats, extreme difficulty operating the cordless mechanism requiring two hands and substantial force, and color arriving as light gray rather than white as labeled. While many find the value acceptable for the price, operational frustration and durability concerns deter others from recommending them.

Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
