What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise these blinds as an affordable, easy-to-install option that delivers acceptable value for the price, with many noting straightforward assembly requiring no special tools. However, a significant portion report durability concerns, describing the construction as flimsy with slats that chip or break easily. Many also struggle with the cordless lifting mechanism, finding it difficult to operate and requiring excessive force. Some mention color discrepancies, receiving gray instead of white. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider them a reasonable budget choice for temporary or low-use applications.

Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
