Would Not RecommendThe online catalog said it was 24 inches wide. And the box also said it was 24 inches wide. But it was in fact 23 inches wide. And so it would not work for the door for which it was ordered. But I returned it to Lowe's with no hassle.

Cheap Quality Blinds
Would Not RecommendI ordered 8 blinds and it is the vinyl slats that are the problem and the cause for this review. They are extremely thin and when I pulled down the first installed blind the ends of the vinyl slats were already sagging. The holes in the slats where the strings go through are too big resulting in some slats hanging lower and on top of the slat below. A couple of these holes had a slight tear in the slat itself. Would Not RecommendI spent the day on the phone with Lowe's customer service passing the blame to their venders because I did not receive the product, and then hours on the phone with the vender who blames fedex because I did not receive my package. The vender claims they packed the whole order of 5 sets of blinds in one box and I received a box of 2 blinds. So they all pass the blame and I'm without the blinds and without the money. No one helps to either get my blinds already purchased and paid for or to refund ...

Would Not RecommendThey say it was delivered, but was not and now I'm without the blinds and the money. I spent hours on the phone listening to everyone passing the blame, but no solution. Lousy customer service. Am I expected to purchase this again from this place with such lousy service. Who can trust these people with hard earned money? Never again. Thanks alot lousy Lowes!

Would Not RecommendThese blinds are terrible quality. They began falling apart almost immediately. They are supposed to stay open and don't. I think that feature worked for maybe 2 days. Don't waste your money.
