What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the straightforward installation and affordable price, making these blinds appealing for budget-conscious buyers seeking a simple DIY option. However, many report significant durability concerns, describing slats as flimsy and prone to breaking under light pressure. The cordless design creates operational difficulty, requiring excessive force to raise or lower. Some customers also experienced color mismatches, receiving gray-toned blinds instead of white. While affordability attracts buyers, durability and mechanical issues create a divided customer base where satisfaction heavily depends on expectations and usage.

Would Not RecommendI purchased 3. The blinds are flimsy. Top part that mounts into the mounting brackets cracked on one of the blinds when attaching to the bracket. The wand is difficult to attach. The color (Alabaster) is not near the color that is shown on the Lowes site. One of the wands was bent and chip at the bottom.

We wanted blinds of alabaster color and it was hard to find and so easy on your site compared to others. Price was great and got it in a few days. People helpful and friendly. Will be back with the next one needs to be replaced. Keep up the good work!

Not well made. Cheep materials and construction.
Would Not RecommendThe top mounted brackets for this shade are cheep. I had to bend them to hold the shade in place and still not sturdy. They are cordless, but the resistance to raise and lower is not an easy effortless flow.
