What Customers Are Saying
Customers are divided on these blinds. Most praise the straightforward installation process requiring no special tools and highlight the affordable price as excellent value. However, a substantial portion report serious operational issues, describing the mechanism as extremely difficult to raise and lower, requiring significant force. Many note the slats are flimsy and prone to breaking during normal use. Additionally, some customers express disappointment when the color arrives as light gray rather than the expected white. Despite durability concerns, most find the blinds acceptable for basic needs at the price point.

paid a premium but the lowes brand is 10x better!
Would Not RecommendI purchased these blinds as I had some odd sized windows. These are the only ones that would match the window size. Well, these things are a piece of junk! they dont go up! you push and push and push, and they just fall back down! then they are very resistive to pulling down. It's very infuriating when the cheap brand feels premium compared to these. would not recommend! get the Lowe's project source brand! they are much better! buy the custom fit ones that you can cut.
Price and quality both exceeded my expectations

They sent the wrong thing
Would Not RecommendIt didn't say it on the Lowe's website but doesn't come from Lowes it comes directly from a vendor. They sent some rinky dink piece of vinyl on roller that was twice as wide as what I ordered. It took 6 hours of online chat & 3 phone calls with customer service before I finally got a real person from the Altoona store who actually found a solution. It's not the real employee's fault but I'm still not happy about the lengthy refund time. Lowe's online sucks. I do not recommend.

Done placing placing orders to ship
Would Not RecommendI received 2 of these yesterday. As usual every single time I order something to be shipped the box is crushed and opened will be returning due to damage. Today I got another order same thing box opened and the item was hanging out on the porch!
