What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the straightforward installation and strong value for the price, with many noting setup requires no professional help or extra tools. However, a substantial portion report serious durability concerns, describing the blinds as flimsy with easily broken slats and chipped edges. The cordless mechanism proves difficult to operate, often requiring two hands and significant force. Some mention color arriving as light gray rather than advertised white. Despite these drawbacks, most customers find the affordability outweighs the quality limitations for temporary or budget-conscious use.

Would Not RecommendI purchased 3. The blinds are flimsy. Top part that mounts into the mounting brackets cracked on one of the blinds when attaching to the bracket. The wand is difficult to attach. The color (Alabaster) is not near the color that is shown on the Lowes site. One of the wands was bent and chip at the bottom.

We wanted blinds of alabaster color and it was hard to find and so easy on your site compared to others. Price was great and got it in a few days. People helpful and friendly. Will be back with the next one needs to be replaced. Keep up the good work!

Not well made. Cheep materials and construction.
Would Not RecommendThe top mounted brackets for this shade are cheep. I had to bend them to hold the shade in place and still not sturdy. They are cordless, but the resistance to raise and lower is not an easy effortless flow.
