What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise these blinds for affordability and straightforward installation, making them a budget-conscious choice. However, satisfaction splits sharply over durability concerns. Many highlight the low price and quick setup as major strengths, with simple brackets and fast assembly. Yet a substantial group reports fragile construction, chipped slats, and stiff operating mechanisms requiring excessive force. Several customers also note color discrepancies, receiving gray blinds when expecting white. While some appreciate the value proposition, durability issues and appearance mismatches frustrate many, creating a divided customer base where initial satisfaction often fades with use.

Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
