What Customers Are Saying
Customers are divided on these blinds. Many praise the easy installation, cordless design, and clean modern appearance. However, a substantial portion report serious durability concerns, noting slats chip, crack, or snap easily with minimal force. A significant recurring complaint centers on difficult operation—reviewers describe the raising and lowering mechanism as extremely stiff, requiring excessive force. Additionally, several customers report color mismatches, with blinds arriving as light gray despite being labeled white. While some accept these trade-offs given the affordable price, overall satisfaction remains mixed.

Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
