What Customers Are Saying
Customers appreciate the easy installation, cordless design, and clean modern appearance, but many report serious durability concerns and frustrating operation. The blinds are frequently described as flimsy with cheap materials prone to breaking, chipped edges, and torn slats. A major complaint is the extreme difficulty raising and lowering them, requiring two hands and significant force. Additionally, several note color mismatches—receiving light gray instead of advertised pearl white. Despite these substantial drawbacks, many still find value in the low price, though durability issues leave some questioning long-term worth.

Would RecommendI received my blinds today. As soon as I saw the 52" package, I knew there was going to be a problem. The blinds were packed in another box with no type of reinforcement to keep them from being damaged. One end was snapped in half undoubtedly by the force of another parcel with much more weight being dropped on it. I will be returning these to my local Lowe's. It's hard to blame the shipper when the item was not properly packaged for shipment to begin with.

slats cut or broken
Would Not RecommendI purchased blinds on line, picked them up curbside. They arrived a day early which was great. As I was hanging them I noticed about 10 slats, left side, looked like they were cut into. Upon inspecting the box, it was taped up at the end. Unacceptable to knowingly give a damaged product to a loyal customer
Nice color and material
