What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the water heater for straightforward installation completed in under an hour without professional help, with units fitting existing plumbing connections seamlessly. Reviewers consistently report quick heating, ample hot water supply, and strong confidence in long-term durability based on brand reputation. Most describe the 40-gallon capacity as more than adequate for household needs. A small number report early failures or durability concerns, but these represent a tiny fraction of feedback. Overall, customers consider this a reliable, good-value purchase they would recommend.

Time will tell
Would RecommendSeems to be a quality build, haven't had this heater for long, so hopefully it lasts for a long while. Price was reasonable!! Once unit was filled and hooked up it heated very quickly.

Will it last?
Would RecommendThis unit was installed last week, looks good. Time will tell about how good this heater is. My Rheem unit, the one this one replaced, lasted 19 years. I heard they don't make them like they use to.

Not sure
Would Not RecommendStarted out ok, I bought it March 5, 2023 had to almost go all the way up on the heat thermostat because the water wouldn’t last very long hot. Now is June 16,2023 and it isn’t working already.

Decent
Would Not RecommendBought and installed 4/2023 - It works fine and probably will for a while. Definitely not built for longevity. Assembly quality was not great. Stripped bolts, bulging insulation, warped plastic and slap dash. I am sure it will be fine for its use but won't buy this again.
