Would Not RecommendIt didn’t work, had to pay someone to come troubleshoot. Then drain it, return it and bought a new one. There were several of the same water heaters sitting at customer service that were returned.

Would RecommendI bought this today and it was the exactly the same as the old one that strung a leak of the tank after 6 years of operation. Lucky that it lasted that long as the water here in Las Vegas is very hard even with the A. O. Smith water softener. The new water heater went in place and was easy to install. Thanks A.O. Smith

Hot and cold connections are backwards on the unit
Would RecommendI should have returned the due to the waterline connections being backwards. Cold is on the left and hot is on the right on the unit I got. This was a mistake at the factory. I had to redo all my plumbing from my old tank because of this. Now the next time I to get another new water heater I will have to redo the piping again
