Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.I had to buy a new hot water heater and I got my last one at Lowes. Got the same one just one not as tall. The gentleman back where they were was a great help!!

AO SMITH HOT WATER HEATER.
Would Not RecommendThis was a replacement for an AO Smith Water Heater I purchased in 11/12/24. It was defective, the upper element had to be replacement. It was rusty. Definitely didn't look like a BRAND NEW HEATER. I sent a complaint letter to the store as well as the corporate office. Very disappointed in LOWES.

A.O. Smith 100 40-Gal. Short 6-year Warranty
Would RecommendExcellent replacement water heater for one of my rental properties. Had the old one disconnected, drained, removed and this new one plumbed-in, filled and HOT in 1 ½ hours. Excellent purchase online and pickup at local Lowe's. Everything went off without a hitch! 😀
