What Customers Are Saying
Customers consistently praise the water heater for delivering ample, reliable hot water within minutes of startup, with many highlighting its compact low-boy design that fits tight spaces like crawl spaces and mobile homes. Installation is frequently described as straightforward and simple, with included pipe insulation and blanket appreciated as value-added features. Most find it an excellent replacement for older units. However, a small number report serious defects including tank failures within months and dents upon arrival, raising durability concerns for some customers.

If you need this size can’t be beat
Would RecommendIt’s very heavy , but replaced heater under stair well perfectly. About $350.00 cheaper than plumbing supply house so win win.

Very nice
Would RecommendI really like it. I believe it will provide enough hot water for 3-4 people. It is a short water heater and it fixes well in the crawl space. Thus, I am very pleased.

Great purchase great customer service
Would RecommendI needed a low profile water heater for a crawl space. Lowe’s was the only big box store to carry it out of the top three contenders. Worked with customer service to get the no interest for twelve months. Work out great in an otherwise stressful situation replacing the water heater on very short notice.
