What Customers Are Saying
Customers consistently praise the water heater for delivering ample, reliable hot water within minutes of startup, with many highlighting its compact low-boy design that fits tight spaces like crawl spaces and mobile homes. Installation is frequently described as straightforward and simple, with included pipe insulation and blanket appreciated as value-added features. Most find it an excellent replacement for older units. However, a small number report serious defects including tank failures within months and dents upon arrival, raising durability concerns for some customers.
