Very easy to use. Let's of video from zeill8ng on how to sharpen knives with this sharpener Have already sharpened 3 expensive knives that can now slice a tomato with ease.

Well done Zwilling!

I currently have a knife sharpener from Zwilling, although it's older and has only one slot for course sharpening and one slot for fine sharpening and that already does an amazing job for all my knives, however this new sharpener from Zwilling is a godsend and makes an even easier time of sharpening my knife sets. The grip is well placed and the base is very secure. All in all it's a wonderful product and if I could give it ten stars I'd easily vote that way. Well done Zwilling!

Well made product

Well made product! Sharpening made easy! And even for a pair of scissors! About 10 swipes through coarse and fine, i can already feel the difference in cutting power.

I bought this knife sharpener since I have many dull knives. I tried sharpening my knives and it sharpens very well. And it’s easy to use. I would highly recommend it and even give as gifts!

Easy to use for a quick sharpening

We have been struggling with dull knives for years. The Zwilling 5-in-1 knife sharpener was easy to use and sharpened our kitchen knife blades right away. The handle also was easy to use, allowing for control while sharpening.

Easy to use. Rubber grip on bottom holds the sharpener in place.

Compact and efficient

Love the flexibility and multi-use function of this tool, especially to have the option to sharpen scissors too. It’s compact enough to store in a cabinet (maybe even a deeper drawer?) and is clearly labeled for various knives

Comfortable effectiveness

Purchased as a companion gift of a 5.5” Zwilling Pro Santoku knife for my sister for Christmas. It has also been used successfully on my 1985 vintage Victornox pocket knife, Wusthoff paring knife. And my sister’s 1996 vintage Henckels Four Star Chef, slicing and pairing knives.

Excellent sharpener for routine use

I revived 4 older knives to near-factory sharpness in a matter of minutes. Very pleased with the ease of use and the accuracy to the 20-degrees for chef's knives and 15-degrees for Asian-style blades.

Immediate sharpening

I am shocked by how easy this was to use. It makes a huge difference that’s visible in just a few swipes. I appreciate the ease of use. As someone who never was a knife person, this might keep me motivated to maintain them. My only wish is there was instructions for the scissors part- but nothing a quick google couldn’t solve
