The quality is obvious with just handling. They cut easily and cleanly. This set contains every knife needed for everyday cooking. The block does have extra slots for steak knives and additional specialty knives. I can't wait to add to my collection!

Quality Knives; Plastic Disappoints

I am afraid to cut anything that could full the knife since brand new knives are a luxury to me. I do not use the wooden knife block, but rather placed in drawer organizer. The scissors and knife sharper handles I was disappointed to see were plastic. It made me question the quality of the product, but only time...

Knives

They were very sleek looking, a great addition to the kitchen, and most importantly it was the best cutting knives. They were so sharp it could skin a live animal.

Probably the last knife set I'll ever need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knives came *incredibly* sharp, sharper than any knife I've painstakingly tried to sharpen myself. I've been using them for over a week now and I still find myself a little bit nervous handling them, since I know how easily they could cause damage. The block looks great and is very sturdy, I love that it has a bunch of extra slots for future additions. The block is a bit long, but would look fine on any countertop with enough depth.

Excellent set of knives to build upon

Easy to maintain by running across the steel every few days and sharpening once a month. This set replaces a Henckels Twin set we had for 25 years. if that set is any indication, this set of Zwilling Pro knives will be the last I'll need to buy.
