Great knife handy for several prep jobs.
Would RecommendMy wife liked the Santuko knife so much that she asked me to get this rocking sanutko knife too. She has used it every day since it arrived. What a great knife for slicing green onions, small onions bell peppers and so much more. Wonderful edge and well balanced. Nice indeed.

Perfect Little Utility Knife
Would RecommendBeautiful knife. Fits in the hand super well, perfect utility knife that can replace a chefs knife in most use cases as a home cook. Came in razor sharp, with a mirror like finish to it. No rough edges when you are holding it that dig into your fingers while you are cutting food. Would recommend to anyone that wants a utility knife.

Would RecommendI love this Rocking Santoku knife! It makes chopping veggies, especially for salads, so very easy! And it’s supremely sharp so I never have to worry that I’m not cutting all the way through anything. When I make a chef’s salad, I use it for everything - veggies, meats, and cheese. Cuts through everything with ease!
