LOVE this toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best toaster we have ever owned. I love how sleek it is. It doesn't have a lot of buttons like others we have owned, and they are not missed. The brand we bought previously told me that if it continued to burn our toast it probably meant it wasn't meant to be used with homemade artisan bread! No issues with Zwilling! :) We plan on this being our forever toaster. Great customer service too.

Big Toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine does a good job of toasting. The outside doesn't get hot with machine in use. I do not like that I need to heat all four positions when I only have one slice of bread toasting. It is a large toaster with not quite long enough slots. Maybe my bread is just too big.

Excellent results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First use of the toaster was fluffy frozen waffles. The Defrost setting worked great. The waffles were toasted correctly and heated all the way through. I'm looking forward to using it more.

Beautiful Toaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were looking for a toaster that would accommodate some of the larger artisanal breads as well as bagels and normal size sliced breads. This long slot toaster seems to be just the right size and shape for that. The matte black is really nice and it fits well in our kitchen. So far, regular toast seems to come out great. Very pretty and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks great, we love the long slots for sourdough bread. And the cool touch was a must. We love the simple controls, it is very intuitive. Other complained the outlet came out the front but it is easy to wrap the cord underneath so it comes out the back.
