Doesn't toast both sides of bread.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ability to toast 2 long slices of bread at same time or 4 normal slices of bread at same time. But, the toaster I received does not toast both sides of bread and the elements on the inside do not light up. Will call on Tuesday to find out if the toaster I received is defective or if I need to return it. A toaster that dosn't toast on both sides is useless!

Build solid

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean straightforward design. Replacing a cheaper toaster that started acting up. Like the dedicated bagel and defrost buttons. The crumb tray is mirrored metal so you can see how many crumbs are accumulating.

Warranty Replacement!

Your support team upon seeing photos supplied replaced it with this one. Only used a half dozen times so far but after some adjustments seems to be working great. We appreciate the quick action taken by the team. Thank You

Just opened; looks well built

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean lines. Intuitive analog controls. Two tone with white top and matte silver body. It is big. Same size Long slots fit more bread sizes etc. doesn’t appear to allow for lifting to take a peak.
